Real-World Success
Case Study:Kenya E-AMP Leadership Pilot — In July 2025, CKC Cares launched the E-AMP Leadership Program in Nakuru, Kenya, with members of Impact360, a social enterprise for students and young professionals, with tools for ethical decision-making, AI psychology, and human-first leadership. Through empathy mapping, sound empowerment, and leadership manifesto creation, participants developed stronger ethical clarity, stress regulation practices, and digital resilience strategies. The pilot certified 10 new leaders while significantly enhancing stakeholder engagement, transparency, and community trust, laying the groundwork for integrating AI ethics and mindful leadership into public service design through participants across the region.
